摘　　要：目前关于新型农村合作医疗制度的研究主要集中在制度模式缺陷、筹资模式、制度对农民就医行为的影响等方面,部分研究结论已经在实践中得到验证,但部分研究视角已经与实践脱节,出现了重视新型农村合作医疗制度形式而忽视制度目标实现的问题。迫切需要对新型农村合作医疗制度目标实现、制度运行的工作网络、农户疾病风险识别与医疗资源配置、基于医疗服务供方的医疗费用控制等领域进行研究和探索。At present,the researches on the New Cooperative Medical Schemes(NCMSs)in Rural China focus on the system mode defect,raising funds,the influence to peasant treatment behavior,and so on.Some conclusions of those researches have already been verified in practice,but other researches have already disconnected with the practice.The form of NCMSs is concentrated,while the system goal is ignored.It's urgent to carry on the research on the NCMSs goal realization,the system operation platform and job network,peasant household's disease risk distribution and medical resource allocation,and the medical care supplier's behavior discern.
