摘　　要：针对目前电动力学和电磁场理论教材中电磁场切向边值关系的推导方法不一及存在的问题,介绍两种推导电磁场切向边值关系的方法并作了相应的讨论.In the current texts of electrodynamics and electromagnetic field theory, there were some errors and various methods for deducing the relationship of tangential components of the electromagnetic fields on either side of a surface between different media. Two kinds of methods are introduced to deduce the relationship of tangential components of the electromagnetic fields on either side of a surface between different media and the corresponding questions are discussed.
