摘　　要：以郑州经济技术开发区为案例,通过对区内近百家制造企业进行问卷调查和访谈,探讨地方学习网络通道.发现该开发区:以企业各自建立的跨区域生产连接为主要学习通道,以编码知识的传播为主要特征;开发区内部企业相互联系少,没有形成紧密的地方学习网络,缄默知识流动不畅;属马库森所划分的卫星平台式产业区类型.建议未来发展应在构建外部学习通道的同时,努力发展内部学习网络,以提高产业区持续竞争力.This paper is based on a survey and interviews of nearly 100 firms in the less developed Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone （ETDZ）, one of the 54 national ETDZs in China,to investigate their ways to technological learning. There were find that the main linkages for learning depend on production linkages with outer of the zone, the main knowledge diffused are codified. Inter-firms relations are few and tacit knowledge are hard to flow in the zone. The zone belongs to the style of satellite platform district, which is one of four types that Markuse divided ten years ago. And propse that Zhengzhou ETDZ try to develop interfirm networks in the zone during building outer pipelines in order to improve its sustainable competitioness.
