摘 要:简述了超超临界机组主蒸汽管道确定P92管材许用应力的变化过程,以660 MW超超临界机组P92主蒸汽直管选型为例,对其依据ASME锅炉和压力容器标准委员会制定颁布的Case 2179-6和Case 2179-3规范计算进行了比较。得知当前选用的P92主蒸汽管道具有较大的安全余度,建议搜集进口P92内径管的内径偏差与壁厚偏差等数据,为优选P92内径管的壁厚及修订超超临界机组主蒸汽管设计温度与设计压力的规定提供依据。另外,提出配管时合理利用P92主蒸汽管道偏差余量的方法。The paper describes briefly the allowable stress variation process of P92 pipe material used for ultra supercritical (USC) unit main steam piping, taking a 660 MW USC unit P92 main steam straight pipe model selection as an example, compares their calculations based on Case 2179-6 with Case 2179-3 issued by ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standard Committee. The safety redundancy currently selected for P92 main steam piping is obtained to be bigger. The paper suggests that data including internal diameter and wall thickness deviations of imported P92 internal pipe should be collected to offer a basis for optimizing P92 internal pipe thickness and revising regulations of USC unit main steam pipe design temperature and pressure. In addition, it also gives out a method to use properly P92 main steam pipe deviation margins.
