摘 要:运用硅烷偶联剂对3种不同粒径的硅藻土进行表面改性,采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/硅藻土复合材料,并测试了3种复合材料的拉伸强度。引入了界面相互作用参数B和黏合角θ对复合材料界面黏结状况进行量化表征。结果表明:复合材料的拉伸强度随硅藻土体积分数的提高而降低;3种复合材料的B值在1.12~1.56之间,均小于3,表明在该实验条件下,硅藻土未能增强PP;3种复合材料的θ值在57.91°~73.74°之间,与B值相比可发现,B值较大的复合材料具有相对较小的θ值,说明B值和θ值均能定量表征复合材料界面黏结强度。Three kinds of diatomite with different particle size was treated by silane coupling agent.PP/diatomite composites were prepared by melt blending process,and the tensile strength of the composites were tested.The interfacial interaction parameter B and the bond angle θ were intruduced to quantitatively characterize the bond strength of particle-filled polymer composites.The results show that:the tensile strength of the composites decreases with the increase of diatomite volume fraction;the B values of the composites range from 1.12 to 1.56,all of which are less than 3,it means the diatomite could not reinforce the PP resin under the testing condition;the θ values of the composites range from 57.91° to 73.74°,and when B value is big,θ value is relatively small.Therefore,both B and θ are suitable for characterizing the interfacial bond strength of particle-filled polymer composite.
