摘  要:利用熔融共混法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金,考察了硫酸镁晶须(MSW)的含量及取向方式对合金力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:MSW含量为50份时,MSW纵向取向的合金缺口冲击强度为14.7kJ/m2,与相同含量下MSW横向取向时相比提高了172.2%;随着MSW含量的增加,当MSW横向取向时,合金拉伸强度急剧下降,而当MSW纵向取向时,合金拉伸强度下降不明显;随着MSW含量的增加,合金维卡软化温度先下降后上升,当MSW含量为70份时,PVC/ABS合金维卡软化温度达到94.2℃。PVC/ABS alloy was prepared by melt blending,and the effects of use amount and orientation of magnesium sulfate whisker(MSW) on mechanical property and thermal property of the alloy were investigated.The results show that:when longitudinally oriented MSW content is 50 phr,the notched impact strength of the alloy is 14.7 kJ/m2,which increases by 172.2% compared with the same content of transversally oriented MSW;with the increase of transversally oriented MSW content,the tensile strength of the alloy decreases remarkably,while with the increase of longitudinally oriented MSW content,the decrease of the tensile strength of the alloy is not obvious;with the increase of MSW content,the Vicat softenning point of the alloy decreases at first and then increases,when MSW content is 70 phr,the Vicat softening point of the alloy is 94.2℃.
