人参蛋白对Hep-2细胞增殖影响的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较人参蛋白对人喉癌细胞(Hep-2)增殖的影响。方法:采用中性缓冲液浸提法制备人参蛋白Ⅰ,蛋白Ⅰ经沸水浴处理、等电点沉淀,分别制备得到蛋白Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ;采用MTT法检测细胞活性。结果:人参蛋白Ⅰ及人参蛋白Ⅲ对Hep-2细胞增殖具有明显抑制作用(P〈0.01),人参蛋白Ⅱ及人参蛋白Ⅳ对Hep-2细胞增殖无明显影响。结论:人参蛋白是人参的主要活性成分之一,其对Hep-2细胞增殖的影响与蛋白制备方法密切相关。Objective To compare the elect of ginseng protein on the proliferation of human laryngeal carcinoma Hep - 2 cells. Methods Using the methods of saltsolution to extract the protein I from ginseng, then using the methods of boiling water bath and Isoelectrie precipitation to extract the protein Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IVfrom protein I .The effect of the ginseng protein on the proliferation of Hep - 2 cells was determined with the method of Mqq＇. Results The protein I and protein Ⅲ could inhibit the proliferation of Hep -2 cells （P 〈0. 01 ）, but the proliferation of Hep- 2 cells were affected inconspicuously by protein Ⅱ and protein IV. Conclusion Ginseng protein is the main active component of ginseng, and the elect of ginseng protein on the proliferation of Hep - 2 cells closely related to the extract method of protein.
