世界油页岩开发利用现状——并记2009年国内外三次油页岩会议

摘　　要：金融危机以来,尽管油价波动剧烈,但世界油页岩的开发利用的热潮未减。2009年全球共举办三次油页岩会议,分别是2009年6月在爱沙尼亚塔林召开的国际油页岩会议;2009年10月在美国科罗拉多矿业学院召开的第29届国际油页岩会议;2009年11月在中国重庆召开的全国油页岩会议。综合三次油页岩会议的主要报告内容可以看出:中国油页岩资源丰富,高达7000×108t以上,但探明储量仅为400×108t以上,急需加强勘探工作;中国油页岩电厂较少,发电能力较小,2008年仅为30MW;世界干馏法生产页岩油年产量共约100×104t,其中中国约为40×104t;美国虽然拥有最丰富的油页岩资源,但迄今并未工业化生产;俄罗斯油页岩储量丰富,但其油气资源很多,不发展页岩油;发达国家,如法国、加拿大、澳大利亚、瑞典等国,开始关注页岩油的生产;印尼、约旦、印度等一些发展中国家也加强了油页岩资源的勘察和加工利用可行性研究工作。Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, despite dramatic fluctuations of oil prices ,the world＇s enthusiasm in developing oil shale has never attenuated.In 2009,three oil shale conferences were held world- wide-one in Tallinn,Estonia,in June 2009,one in Colorado School of Mines in October 2009 and one in Chongqing, China,in November 2009.The main follows ：China has rich oil shale resources,the 400×108t of these resources have been proven number of oil shale-based power plants in 30MW ;the world＇s annual output of shale oil contents of reports from these total amount of which exceeds conferences are summarized as 7000 ×108t , although only about place,entailing intensified exploration ;there are only a small China,the combined generating produced using cracking process capacity of which was only is about 100×104t,about 40×104t of which is in China;although the United States has the most abundant oil shale resources,commercial production has yet to start;although it has significant oil shale reserves,Russia has not yet attached impor- tance tO the development of oil shale as it has rich conventional oil and gas resources;some developed countries such as France ,Canada,Australia and Sweden start to place high value on the production of shale oil;some developing countries including Indonesia,Jordan and India have also strengthened the feasibility study into exploring for,processing and utilizing oil shale.
