摘  要:目的探讨数控低温真空甲醛灭菌器的灭菌效果。方法采用自研的90 L数控低温真空甲醛灭菌器,灭菌介质采用自研的甲醛,以不同浓度的灭菌组合物,放入灭菌器内胆中,开启低温真空甲醛灭菌器的62℃程控灭菌程序;采用PCD加强型生物指示剂进行监测,观察不同甲醛浓度的灭菌组合物、不同灭菌时间、62℃条件下的灭菌效果。结果62℃、0.125%甲醛浓度的灭菌组合物,只需20 min即可将PCD加强型生物指示剂完全杀灭。结论数控低温真空甲醛灭菌器的灭菌效果可靠,适合对细长管道、多腔隙电动力器械、电子仪器和精密光学仪器的灭菌。OBJECTIVE To study the sterilizing effect of low-temperature vacuum formaldehyde. METHODS The study used a self developed 90L low-temperature vacuum formaldehyde sterilizer and formaldehyde sterilization components with concentrations of 1%, 0.5%, 0. 125% and 0.06% as media putting them into the sterilization liner, then the 62℃ programed sterilization procedures of the vacuum low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization box, sterilization effect of the use of PCD enhanced biological indicator to monitor. The non-sterilization biological indicator usecl as a control. The sterilization effects of different concentrations of formaldehyde sterilization components and different sterilization time under the conditions of 62℃ were investigated. RESULTS Twenty mintes after sterilization at 62℃ and 0. 125% concentration of formaldehyde sterilization components, PCD enhanced biological indicator could kill bacteria completely. CONCLUSIONS Vacuum low-temperature sterilization are reliable and suitable for sterilization of long pipelines, electric power equipment compartments, electronic equipment and precision optical equipment.
