新疆服务业外部规模经济探索

摘　　要：新疆的一二产业发展不完善、市场容量有限、资本技术都比较匮乏,使其服务业发展受到制约。新疆应结合国家当前的政策形式及本土的实际发展情况,合理的利用地缘优势,资源优势,结合零散的经济单位,短期内形成有力的行业外部规模经济,在继续加大一二产业投入步伐拉大内需解决服务业发展瓶颈束缚的同时,进行有特色的服务业规模化整合,走一条有新疆特色的服务业发展之路。The development of service industry （tertiary industry） is conditioned by imperfect development, linfited market capacity, and lack of capital and technology in Xinjiang primary and secondary industries. Therefore, according to current national policy and local actual development, Xinjiang Province should employ favorable geographic location and resources properly, conrbine scattered economic units, form powerful external scale economy of the industry in short term, increase input for the primary and secondary industries to expand domestic demand and to solve development bottleneck of service industry, meanwhile, integrate service industry in scale, and develop service industry with Xinjiang characteristics.
