五味子及石榴皮等中药对产与非产MBL铜绿假单胞菌的体外抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药对产与非产金属β-内酰胺酶(MBL)铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的抑菌效果,借此了解中药对两类细菌的抑菌作用是否存在差异,从而为产MBL菌株感染的临床治疗寻求新的途径。方法使用MicroScanWalkAway-40全自动微生物分析仪及MicroScan NegCombo Panel Type31复合板进行细菌学鉴定和药敏试验;将14种中药制备成一定浓度的水煎液,用肉汤稀释法测定对产与非产MBL PAE的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、MIC50MIC90。结果14种中药对产与非产MBL PAE的MIC50、MIC90及MIC范围相同,五味子、石榴皮、连翘、黄连、黄芩的抑菌作用较好,MIC50分别为7.8、7.8、15.6、15.6、15.6 mg/ml,MIC90分别为15.6、15.6、62.5、62.5、62.5mg/ml。结论研究结果显示,五味子、石榴皮等14种中药对产与非产MBL PAE具有一定的抗菌作用,而且敏感性差异无统计学意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory effects of 14 Chinese Medical Formula Decoctions on Metallo- β--1actamase （MBL） and non-MBL-producing PAE, and thus to know the inhibitory effects of theses Chinese berbs on MBL and non-MBL-producing strains to explore new methods in treating MBL infection clinically. METHODS The MicroSean WalkAway40 automatic microorganism analyzer and MicroScan PosComboPane Type31 were used for bacteriological identification and susceptibility test, respectively. And then different concentrations of 14 Chinese Medical Formula Decoction were used to evaluate their minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC）, MIC50 and MICg0 to MBL and non-MBL-producing Pseudomonal aeruginosa （PAE） by broth dilution method. RESULTS The MIC50, MIC90 and the MIC range of 14 Chinese Medical Formula Decoction were identical on MBL and non- MBL-producing PAE, and among them, the antimicrobial effects of Fructus Schisandrae （Chinese magnolia vine fruit）, Pericarpium Punieal Granati （pomegranate rind）, Fructus Forsythiae （forsythia fruit）, Rhizoma eoptidis （eoptis root） and Radix scutellariae scutellaria root were better, the MIC50 of them were 7.8, 7.8, 15.6, 15.6, and 15. 6 mg/ml and the MIC90 were 15. 6, 15. 6, 62. 5, 62. 5, and 62. 5 mg/ml. CONCLUSIONS Fractus schisandrae, Pericarpium Puniceal Granati and other 12 Chinese Medical Formula Decoctions can inhibit MBL and non-MBL-producing strains in varying degrees, and there are without significant differences in the sensitivity to MBL and non-MBL-producing PAE.
