摘　　要：针对目前清单计价模式下造价管理中存在的问题,主要站在甲方角度分析了原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,从而使甲方计价水平得到有效提高,推广工程量清单计价模式的使用。According to the questions existing in cost management work under engineering bill pricing mode at present,the reasons caused of those questions are analyzed from the viewpoints of the first party,at the same time corresponding resolving measures are proposed,in order to increase the cost valuation level of the first party to promote the application of engineering bill pricing mode.
