摘  要:通过采集星斑川鲽(Platichthys stellatus)血浆和血清样品,检测并比较其7项生化指标的异同。结果显示:谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、甘油三脂(TG)及总蛋白(TP)含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),而二者总胆固醇(T-CHO)和血糖(GLU)含量差异显著(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,7项生化指标检测血清与血浆间存在高度相关性(0.938<r<1.000)。即在该种鱼类上述指标的检测中,用血浆代替血清样品具有一定的可行性;其次比较了不同规格星斑川鲽血浆中7项生化指标检测结果的异同。结果显示:小规格星斑川鲽(92±5)g血浆中AST和GLU值极显著地高于大规格星斑川鲽(410±31)g(P<0.01),ALT值也显著地高于大规格星斑川鲽(P<0.05),而TG含量则显著低于大规格星斑川鲽(P<0.05),血浆ALP、T-CHO及TP含量不受试验鱼规格大小的影响(P>0.05),表明星斑川鲽部分血液指标受个体大小的影响,因此在对星斑川鲽的血液学诊断及营养水平对其血液学指标影响的考察中,应充分考虑鱼体大小的影响。Plasma and serum were collected from starry flounder for biochemical indices determination. Paired t-test analysis showed that no significant differences were found in aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase ( ALP), triacyglycerol (TG) and total protein (TP) content (P 〉 0.05) between plasma and serum in starry flounder, while the values of total cholesterol (T-CHO) and glucose (GLU) were significantly higher in plasma (P 〈 0.05). Seven assay indices were all well correlated ( 0. 938 〈 r 〈 1. 000 ) between these two samples, which suggested the feasibility for heparin plasma to replace serum in some routine biochemical indices evaluation. Comparative study of plasma biochemical indices in starry flounder with different sizes showed that a part of blood indices was affected by fish individual size: AST, GLU and ALT were all inversely correlated with fish size; whereas the value of TG was significantly lower in fish with smaller size (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; and no change occurred in ALP, CHO and TP contents in plasma of all fish.
