摘　　要：设备维护外包以其能降低维护成本、提高维护质量、精简维护机构、强化核心竞争力等优势,为企业的设备管理提供了新的思路。从综合风险的角度分析了企业设备维护外包现状、动因以及贯穿设备维护外包过程的风险,提出并深入阐述了基于外包流程的风险控制策略。Equipment maintenance outsourcing（EMO） provides a new thinking for the equipment management of enterprises, because it can reduce maintenance costs, enhance the current level of maintenance, streamline maintenance organization and strengthen the core competency. This paper analyzes the current situation and agent of EMO and the risks throughout the process of EMO in view of integrated risks; then it puts forward and explains a risk control model in detail based on the process of outsourcing.
