摘 要:本文制备了掺Dy和Mn的MgB4O7的磷光体,并测量其热释光发光谱。测量结果表明,MgB4O7:Mn的热释光发光峰位于180℃和300℃左右,其发光波长分布较宽,中心约为580nm;而MgB4O7:Dy的热释光发光峰位于200℃和350℃,发光波长由Dy3+离子的能级跃迁决定,位于480、580、680和750nm左右。当两者共掺时,只改变Mn的浓度,测量结果发现,随着Mn掺杂浓度的增加,480nm和680nm左右的发光受到抑制,并且低温峰也受到强烈抑制,而580nm的高温峰逐渐增强并且发光谱变宽。MgB4O7 phosphors doped with Mn and Dy were prepared, and thermoluminescence spectra were observed. The results based on the thermoluminescence spectra show that the glow peaks located in 580 nm broad wavelength band were observed at 180℃ and 300℃ for MgB4O7:Mn, and the ones of 480, 580, 680 and 750 nm due to the energy transitions of Dy^3+ were observed at 200℃ and 350℃ for MgB4O7:Dy. It was found that for MgB4O7 co-doped with 0.5 mol% Dy and 0.05-1.0 mol% Mn, the peaks of 480, 680 and 750 nm became weak, and so did the low temperature peaks, while the peak of 580 nm at 350℃ became stronger, and broader.
