反相高效液相色谱法测定不同制法华盖散中橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的对华盖散的分煎液与合煎液汤剂中的有效成分橙皮苷进行含量比较。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150mm),流动相为甲醇-醋酸-水(34∶4∶62),流速为1m l/m in,检测波长为283nm,柱温为25℃。结果华盖散分煎液中橙皮苷的平均含量小于合煎液中橙皮苷的含量。结论橙皮苷在华盖散分煎液与合煎液中含量存在显著性差异。其结果为该复方的研制开发提供了一定科学依据。Objective To compare the content of the hesperidin in the mixed medicine decoction and the single medicine decoction of HuaGaiSan. Methods An RP - HPLC method was established with a Agilent Zorbax SB - C18 column（5μm,4.6 mm × 150mm） ,a mobile phase of methonal- acetic acid -water（ 34：4：62 ） , a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, a column temperature of 25℃ and a detection wavelength of 283nm. Results The average content of hesperidin of the single medicine decoction was lower than that of the mixed medicine decoction. Conclusion There is remarkable difference in the content of hesperidin in different decoctions of HuaGaiSan, which provides some theoretical basis for the development of the refined granule of the HuaGaiSan.
