香附5种方法提取液对兔离体肠平滑肌的影响

摘　　要：目的比较香附经二氧化碳超临界流体萃取(SFE-CO2)后药渣的5种方法提取液(SBE液、WE液、AE液、SBAE液、WAE液)对兔离体肠平滑肌的影响。方法以兔离体肠平滑肌收缩频率、幅度和张力为指标,采用BL-420E+生物机能实验系统,比较香附SFE-CO2后药渣的5种方法提取液对正常及乙酰胆碱作用下的兔离体肠平滑肌的作用。结果香附SFE-CO2后药渣的5种方法提取液均能显著降低正常兔离体肠运动的频率和张力(P<0.05);降低乙酰胆碱作用下离体肠管的幅度及张力(P<0.01);其中SBE提取液与其他提取液相比,表现出更强的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论香附SFE-CO2后药渣的5种方法提取液对兔离体肠平滑肌均具有抑制作用,其中SBE提取液的作用最强。Objective To compare the post carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction （ SFE - CO2 ） effects of 5 kinds of drug extracts （SBE liquid, WE liquid, AE liquid, SBAE liquid, WAE liquid） Rhizoma Cyperi on the movement of in vitro intestine smooth muscle in drug. Methods The contractive amplitude, frequency, and tension of the normal and acetylcholine - induced rabbit intestine smooth muscle were recorded with BL -420E^＋ biological and functional experimental system. Results Rhizoma Cyperi drug extracts could significantly reduce the frequency and tension of the normal rabbit intestine smooth muscle（ P 〈 0.05） , depress the contractive amplitude and tension of intestine smooth muscle after acetylcholine induced hyperkinesias（P 〈 0.01 ） , in which the SBE extract group had the greatest effect （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion All the Rhizoma Cyperi drug extracts can restrain the movement of rabbit intestine smooth muscle in vitro, and the effect of SBE group is the greatest than the other four groups.
