半边旗中微量元素、重金属和稀土元素含量分析

摘　　要：目的分析测定中草药半边旗中微量元素、重金属和稀土元素的含量。方法通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS仪)进行测定分析。结果测定结果表明半边旗中含有丰富的微量元素,特别是人体必需的微量元素含量相对较高,而对人体有害的重金属元素含量相对较低,稀土元素含量也处于较低水平。含量超过5μg/g的有益元素有6种,分别是:Ca、Zn、Fe、Mn、B和Cu,特别是Ca的含量超过12 mg/g,Mn的含量达到160μg/g以上,Zn和Fe的含量均超过25μg/g;重金属含量和稀土元素含量普遍较低,都低于2μg/g,大部分低于0.1μg/g,超过1μg/g的只有Cr、La和Ce。结论半边旗是一种药效好而且安全的中药材。Objective To determine the contents of trace elements, heavy metals and rare earths in Chinese herbal medicines Pteris semipinnata L. Methods By ICP - MS. Results Chinese herbal medicine Pteris semipinnata L. contained great amount of trace elements, including those necessary, to human health. Rare earths elements and heavy metals were very. little. There were six kinds of wholesome elements whose concentrations were more than 5μg/g, which were Ca, Zn, Fe, Mn, B and Cu. Especially the concentration of Ca was above 12mg/g, and Mn more than 160μg/g, Zn and Fe more than 25μg/g. Most heavy metals and rare earth elements were lower than 0.1 μg/g, except Cr, La and Ce, which concentrations were more than 1 μg/g and lower than 2μg/g. Conclusion Pteris semipinnata L. is a kind of efficient and safe Chinese herbal medicine.
