射干的X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定

摘　　要：目的建立射干药材XRD的鉴定分析新方法。方法采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法。结果通过对5个射干中药材进行实验、计算分析,获得了各样品的Fourier指纹图谱、特征标记峰值和相似度,并结合X射线衍射半定量相分析比较各个组分中α-石英、一水草酸钙、蔗糖的含量。结论X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于中药材射干的鉴定。Objective To develop a new identification and analysis method of Rhizoma Belamcandae. Methods Powder X - ray diffraction Fourier pattern was used. Results Experiments and analysis were carried out on five samples. The X - ray diffraction Fourier finger print pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Rhizoma Belamcandae were obtained, and QXRD analysis was used to compare the conterts of α -quartz,calcium oxalate monohydrate, sucrose in all campses. Conclusion This method can be used for identification of Chinese medicinal materias of Rhizoma Belarncandae.
