摘　　要：文章回顾了近年以来国内外对汉防己甲素在抗肿瘤作用中的研究进展,对汉防己甲素抗肿瘤作用及其机制进行总结。统计表明:汉防己甲素在抗肺癌、慢性粒细胞白血病、肝癌、神经母细胞瘤、乳腺癌等有一定作用,其机制与逆转多药耐药、诱导细胞凋亡、放疗增敏、抑制肿瘤血管形成有关。说明了汉防己甲素在抗肿瘤方面有很大的潜在价值,但其抗肿瘤的药理机制及临床应用还需进行深入研究。The references were reviewed to summarize the effects of tetrandrine （Tet） on tumor in the latest several years. Statistics showed that Tet could act as an anti - tumor drug against carcinoma, chronic myelogenous leukemia, hepatocellular carcinoma,neuroblastoma and breast cancer, acting as a amuhidrug resistance（MDR） modulator, cell apoptosis inducer, radiosensitizer, inhibitor of angiogenesis. Tet plays a great importmant role as a potential Chinese herb ingredient against cancer.
