摘  要:介绍了利用正交试验进行数值模拟优化开发方案的思想与方法。所考虑的影响因素有:井数、采气速度、布井方式、单井配产以及高产与低产区各自的井网密度和布井方式。所计算的主要指标有:稳产期末、30a末的采出程度与15a的累积净现值。通过对长庆气田中区、南区和北区分别进行正交试验的气藏数值模拟计算,筛选出各因素间的最佳组合,并且分清了诸因素的主次关系,定量地描述出其影响程度。模拟结果为:对30a末采出程度最敏感的影响因素是井数,其次是布井方式,采气速度对此的影响相对较小;对稳产年限最敏感的影响因素是井数,同时采气速度对此的影响也较大,布井方式对此的影响较小;对15a累积净现值,敏感的影响因素是采气速度,井数是其次的影响因素,布井方式的影响较小。The thought and method of optimizing development plan by use of the numerical simulation of orthogonal test are introduced in the paper.The influence factors concerned are the number of wells,gas producing rate,pattern shape,single well proration,and the well pattern density and pattern shape in the high yield area and low yield area,and the main indexes calculated are the recovery percents of reserves both at the end of stable production period and at the end of 30 years,and the accumulated net present value in 15 years.Through the gas reservoir numerical simulation calculation of the orthogonal tests carried out respectively in the centre,south and north areas of Changqing gas field,an optimal combination among various factors is selected,the relationship between primary and secondary of various factors is distinguished and their influence degrees are quantitatively described.By means of simulation it is thought that the most sensitive factor influencing the recovery percent of reserves at the end of 30 years is the number of wells,then the pattern shape,and the influence of gas producing rate on it is smaller;the most sensitive factor influencing the stable production period is also the number of wells,meanwhile the influence of gas producing rate on it is also larger,but the effect of pattern shape on it is smaller;the sensitive factor influencing the accumulated net present value in 15 years is the gas producing rate,then the number of wells,and the effect of pattern shape on it is smaller.
