不同热处理工艺对LY12合金拉伸性能的影响

摘  要:分析了LY12铝合金材料性能特点,通过拉伸试验来分析热处理工艺对LY12合金抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率的影响。利用扫描电镜观察断口形貌,通过金相分析,从微观组织的变化来解释热处理工艺对LY12合金力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明LY12合金经过不同热处理后,自然时效处理的LY12合金的抗拉强度比正常时效的要高,但是它们的屈服强度相差不大;正常时效处理时的屈服强度和抗拉强度大于欠时效和过时效处理时的屈服强度和抗拉强度;自然时效处理时的断后延伸率最大,正常时效处理时的断后延伸率最小,过时效处理时的断后延伸率大于欠时效处理时的断后延伸率。Characteristics and properties of LY12 aluminum alloy material were analyzed, influence of heat treatment process to tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of LY12 alloy was analyzed through tensile experiment. The fracture morphology was observed by using the scanning electron microscope, influence laws of heat treatment process to mechanical properties of the LY12 alloy from microcosmic organization change. Test results show that after LY12 alloy are treated under different heat treatment, tensile strength of LY12 alloy under the natural aging treatment is higher than the normal aging treatment, but their yield strength are pretty much the same. Yield strength and tensile strength of the normal aging treatment is bigger than yield strength and tensile strength of owe aging treatment and overdoing aging treatment. Elongation of natural aging treatment after fracture is maximum, elongation of the normal aging treatment after fracture is minimum, and elongation of overdoing aging treatment after fracture is bigger than elongation of owe aging treatment after fracture.
