现代产业集群:金融危机下有色金属产业发展的路径选择

摘　　要：与传统产业集群的低端发展路径不同,现代产业集群是以创新为基础、走产业高端发展路线的具有创新型的产业集群。它能提高产业整体竞争力、降低交易成本、促进企业工艺技术创新和软实力创新。当前我国有色金属产业处于一种初级形态的块状经济状态,没有形成现代产业集群。金融危机导致我国有色金属产业出现了需求锐减和行业巨亏等巨大冲击,究其根本在于其没有形成现代产业集群,培育有色金属现代产业集群是该产业发展的必由之路,为此应重塑政府在集群形成中的作用、延伸有色金属产业链、促进产业结构升级及构建技术创新体系。Modern industrial cluster which is different from the traditional low-end industrial cluster is based on innovation as the foundation and take the industry to develop high-end route. Non-ferrous metals industry has a great impact under financial crisis because of lack of modem industrial clusters. It can improve the overall competitiveness of industry, reduce transaction costs, promoting technological innovation and promoting soft power. In China, its development exist massive economic in a primary form, modem industrial clusters is not formed. Some measures must be taken in order to cultivation modem industrial cluster： reinventing government role in the course of cluster formation, an extension industry chain, promotes upgrading of the industrial structure and building a technology innovation system.
