摘　　要：文章分析了粤港澳的区域特殊性,剖析了该区域的旅游合作中存在的社会制度差异、"行政区经济"制约、区域旅游发展不平衡三大障碍;评述了该区域旅游合作机制的得失。文章提出了区域旅游合作机制创新的四个方面:统一区域发展观并形成区域旅游发展合力;调整行政区划结构并创新旅游合作宏观协调机制;创新区域旅游合作的制度和环境,整合区域旅游发展的资源和要素;开展旅游产业的深层次合作,形成有效的微观协调机制。Based on the analysis of the particular conditions in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, this paper finds out that there are three barriers exist in regional cooperation in tourism, which including the regime difference, the administrative district economy and the imbalanced development in tourism industry. After discussing the gain and loss of this region, this paper puts forward some solutions： harmonizing different regional development concepts to form the united force, adjusting the administrative division structure to realize innovative coordination mechanisms, innovating the cooperation systems to integrate the tourism resources and the elements in the whole region, developing deep-level cooperation in tourism industry to form an effective micro-coordination mechanism.
