甘露醇注射液持续静滴治疗透析中低血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘露醇注射液对透析中低血压的治疗作用。方法维持性血透患者30例，给予20％甘露醇250ml持续静滴，治疗8周，观察患者临床症状变化，监测透析患者每次透析前、透析中、透析后的血压、心率，记录患者超滤量，检测肝、肾功能和心电图。所有结果与甘露醇治疗前进行比较。结果甘露醇治疗患者透析中低血压总有效率93．3％。与甘露醇治疗前比较透析中最低血压以及透析后血压、超滤量显著增加（P〈0.01）。结论甘露醇注射液能有效治疗透析中低血压。Objectives To study the efficacy of Mannitol injection in trealing patients with intradialytic hy- potension （IDH）. Methods 20% Mannitol injection at a dose of 250ml for each hemodialysis was administered by continuously intravenous drip in 30 /DH patients in mainteinance dialysis for 8 weeks. The pre - , intra - , post - hemodialysis blood pressure and heart rate, the ultrafilitrated volume of each hemodialvsis, the Dre - and post - treatment liver and renal function and electrocardiogram were measured and recorded. Clinical symptoms of IDH were observed. Alt the data were compared to those before Manitol therapy. Results Compared to the data before Mannitol therapy, the lowest intrahemodialysis blood pressure, post -hemodialysis blood pressure and total uhrafilitrated volume were significantly increased （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The total effective rate of Manitol therapy was 93.3%. Conclusions： Mannitol injection can effectively treat intradialytic hypotension.
