摘　　要：随着社会对应用型大学生要求的改变，课程设置也逐步趋于理论与实际应用相结合。电机驱动控制课程也改变原来理论偏离实际的教学方法，课堂教学结合实验，并将电机驱动控制实训作为其后续课程，以巩固学生的理论知识和实际应用能力。就行为导向教学方法在电机及驱动技术实训中的应用进行探讨，提出较适合的具体实施方法以共享。With the request changing to the application-oriented college students, the curriculum in college gradually become integrated theory and practical application. Motor drive control course has also changed the original theory teaching methods, classroom instruction integrates with experiment, ioreover, motor drive control training is taken as its follow-up practical courses in order to consolidate the students the theoretical knowledge and practical application ability. In this paper, action-oriented teaching methods, training in the motor and drive technology in the application was discussed and put forward the concrete implementation methods more suitable for sharing.
