摘 要:分析了我国硫酸工业发展现状,综述了硫酸渣利用技术发展状况。通过焙烧硫酸渣特性分析和试验研究,确定化学法浸出硫酸渣最佳工艺条件为:浸出剂为王水,药剂用量为5%,药剂质量浓度50g/L,反应温度70℃,浸出时间2h。浸出后铁精矿品位60.7%,回收率98.5%,脱硫率62.1%,含硫量0.27%。在此基础上对硫酸渣浸出过程中CaSO4溶解、金属硫化物氧化溶解、碱性氧化物溶解的机理进行了分析,指出硫酸渣是一种具有开发价值的二次资源。This paper analyzes the present situations of development of sulfuric acid industry and summarizes the sulfurie acid residue utilization technology. By analyzing and testing the characteristics of roasting sulfuric acid residue, the best process conditions of lixiviating sulfuric acid residue by a chemical method were defined : lixiviant is aqua regia and dosage of reagent is 5 % with its concentration being 50g/L , the reaction temperature 70℃ and the extraction time 2 hours. After being lixiviated, iron concentrate is 60.7 % in grade with the recovery being 98.5 % , the rate of desulfurisation 62.1%, the sulfur content 0.27 %. Based on the above , the mechanism of dissolving CaSO4, oxidizing dis.solving metal sulphide and dissolving basie oxide in the process of lixiviating sulfuric acid residue is analyzed . The results show that sulfuric acid residue is a kind of renewable resource with development value.
