杏仁体和下丘脑至迷走神经背核簇尾侧部的投射

摘　　要：将辣根过氧化物酶注入一侧迷走神经背核簇尾侧部后,在同侧杏仁中央核和两侧(同侧较多)下丘脑室旁核、外侧区及未定带内见大量标记细胞,在下丘脑背内侧核和背核内也见中等量的标记细胞。结果说明杏仁中央核和下丘脑的许多核有直接投射纤维至迷走神经背核簇的尾侧部。杏仁中央核的投射为同侧,下丘脑的投射为两侧性(以同侧为多)。Horse radish peroxidase(HRP)was injected into the caudal portion of the dorsal vagal complex of the rat.Many labeled cells were found in the central amygdaloid nucleus ipsilateral to the injection side and the bilateral(with an ipsilateral predominance)paraventricular nucleus, lateral hypothalamic and zona incerta.A moderate amount of labeled cells was also observed in the dorso-medial and dorsal nucleus.It is suggested that the central amygdaloid nucleus and some nuclei of the hypothalamus give rise to the direct projections to the caudal portion of the dorsal vagal complex.
