摘 要:采用均匀沉淀法制备准薄膜状纳米氧化锌晶体,并通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、热重-差热和激光诱导光致发光4种手段对不同热处理温度下所获得的样品进行表征,具体分析了样品的处理温度与晶体的形貌、纯度、结构参数以及发射光谱之间的关系。其次,在激光诱导光致发光实验中观察到,在波长为386nm和510nm处有较强的光发射,显示该种纳米材料存在双光子吸收现象,这为研发短波长光电器件展示了良好的应用前景。ZnO nano-crystals with quasi-film shape are prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. Then the ZnO samples made under different heat-treated temperature are characterized with the aid of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, thermo-gravimetric-differential scanning calorimeter and laser induced photoluminescence respectively. The relationship is analyzed between heat-treated temperature the nano-crystal and its properties, such as its shape, purity, structure parameters and emission spectra. Furthermore as there exists a characteristic of double photons absorption in the material and there is strong light emission of wavelength of 386nm and 510nm from it in laser induced photoluminescence, it shows a good prospect of applications in the development of photoelectric devices with short wavelength.
