摘  要:目的:探讨健脾疏肝活血方对H22肝癌小鼠细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)基因表达的影响。方法:采用细胞接种的方法建立小鼠H22肝癌动物模型,将小鼠分为正常组,模型组,环磷酰胺组,健脾疏肝活血方低、中、高剂量6组,采用RT-PCR方法检测健脾疏肝活血方对肝癌组织ICAM-1基因表达的影响。结果:健脾疏肝活血方高、中剂量组的血清sICAM-1皆降低;与模型组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);健脾疏肝活血方中剂量组下调ICAM-1的基因表达;与模型组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健脾疏肝活血方下调ICAM-1的基因表达是治疗肝癌的分子机制之一。Objective: To discuss the effect of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription on ICAM-1 gene expression in H22 hepatic cancer mice. Methods: Animal model of H22 hepatic cancer mice were established by inoculating tumor cell. Mice were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group, the model group, Cyclophosphamide group, low, middle and high dosage groups of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription. The gene expression of ICAM-1 were detected by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR). Results: Compared with model group, the contents of ICAM-1 in serum in the middle and high dosage groups of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription both decreased(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Reducing the gene expression of ICAM-1 was one of molecular mechanism of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Prescription in treating hepatic cancer.
