摘 要:在综合分析现场3种摩阻计算模型优缺点的基础上,提出软模型是计算连续管作业摩阻的最优模型。根据连续管作业的特点,考虑到井眼轨迹中曲率和方位的变化,建立了连续管单元几何力学模型。分析了连续管单元的受力情况,给出了连续管摩阻的计算模型。进一步探讨了发生屈曲时连续管的受力情况,最终建立了三维井眼中连续管井下作业摩阻计算模型。结合中海油湛江DF1-1气田A1h井数据,对连续管井下作业轴向载荷和注入头载荷进行了预测,为连续管技术的应用提供理论基础。Referring to the characteristics of coiled tubing operation and considering the change of the curvature and position of borehole track,a geometrical mechanical model of coiled tubing unit was established. The force condition of the coiled tubing unit was analyzed,a model of calculating the friction of coiled tubing was formulated,the force condition of coiled tubing in the case of the appearance of curvature was discussed and finally a calculation model of the downhole operating friction of coiled tubing in the three-dimensional borehole was established. Based on the data derived from CNOOC's Well A1h of the DF1-1 gasfield in Zhanjiang,the axial load and injection head load of coiled tubing during downhole operation were predicted,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of the coiled tubing technology.
