摘  要:针对空气钻井所带来的一些有别于常规钻井液钻井的新问题以及单靠传统的大型综合录井仪获取的钻井过程信息已不能满足要求的问题,设计开发了小型、配置灵活、功能开放、成本较低的空气钻井安全监测系统。现场应用表明,该系统不但能准确、快速地监测空气钻井过程中的各参数值,还可以准确地判断钻井过程出现的钻遇油层、气层、水层和井下燃爆等钻井状态,达到实时指导钻井的目的,具有较高的推广应用价值。New problems may be brought about in air drilling,which are different from those occurred in normal drilling fluid drilling,and the drilling process information obtained only by the traditional large-size logging unit cannot satisfy the requirement. Therefore a kind of flexibly configured small-size air drilling safety monitoring system was developed. The field application shows that the system can not only exactly and fast monitor various parameters concerning air drilling process,but also can make a precise judgement of various drilling conditions,such as oil stratum,gas stratum,water stratum and borehole explosion in the process of drilling,thus achieving real-time guidance of drilling. It is of great value for spreading and application.
