摘 要:胜利油田注聚油藏非均质性严重,聚合物主要进入渗透率高的油层,薄差油层的动用程度低,层间矛盾突出。为此,研究了空心单管分层注聚工艺。该工艺采用一趟管柱即可实现聚合物的多层注入,不仅可减少作业工序,还可防止地层砂混合聚合物返吐造成管柱堵塞;空心配聚器采用坐封注聚一体化的结构设计,可以直接携带配聚心下井,无需投捞死心子,降低了施工成本,提高了施工效率。空心单管分层注聚工艺在孤岛油田现场试验6口井,施工成功率100%。Heterogeneity of polymer injection oil reservoirs is serious in Shengli Oilfield,and polymer mainly enters into the oil layer of high permeability,thus there is a low utility of thin and low productivity reservoirs and contradiction between layers is remarkable. Thereby the technology of hollow monotube separate-layer polymer injection was studied. The technology can achieve multi-layer polymer injection by means of one-trip string. It can not only reduce operation procedures,but also prevent the mixture of sand and polymer from moving back to cause string plugging. The hollow polymer injector adopts the structural design of setting-injection integration. It can carry the polymer allocator core directly to go down into the well with no need of fishing the dead core. As a result,the cost has been reduced and the operating efficiency has been improved. The field test of the technology in 6 wells of Gudao Oilfield shows that the success rate for operation reaches 100%.
