摘　　要：研究了基于WSR方法论的第五代技术创新战略管理过程,构建了技术创新战略管理系统的物理因素、事理因素和人理因素的三维分析体系。从物理—事理—人理(WSR)的综合集成思想出发,构建了第五代技术创新战略集成的分析模型,为有效解决技术创新战略集成这一复杂问题提供了理论基础和指导原则。In this paper, we studied the strategic management process of the fifth generation of technological innovation based on the WSR methodology, built a three-dimensional analysis system of the technological innovation strategic management, as the Wuli-factors, Shili-factors and the Renli-factors. With the idea of the Wuli - Shili - Renli （WSR） integration, to establish a strategy integration model of the fifth-generation technology innovation, provided a theoretical basis and guiding principles to solute effectively the complex issue of strategy integration on technological innovation.
