摘　　要：针对我国针刺雷管长期以来采用手工生产的落后现象,提出了针刺雷管自动装配生产线。介绍了针刺雷管的总体方案和系统组成,该生产线以生产XX针刺火帽和XX针刺雷管为主,系统包括皮带传输线、2台勺型装药机、1台计量板装药机、5台压机、2台收口机和1台退模机。该生产线自投入使用以来运行良好,取得了良好的效益,也可推广到其它类似产品的装压药生产。Aiming at the handwork stab detonators, put forward the stab detonator automatic assembly production line. Introduce the general scheme and system construction of stab detonator. The assembly line mainly produces the XX stab cap and XX stab detonator. The system includes belt transmission line, two dipper charging machines, and a metering pale charging machine, five pressing machines and two tapering press machines and a casting machine. The assembly line runs well and acquires sufficient benefit. It also can be used to the charging and pressing for other similar products.
