摘　　要：回顾了中国农村合作医疗制度的变迁,分析了传统农村合作医疗制度的问题与经验,进而研究了新型农村合作医疗制度的目标与方向,针对当前形势下新型农村合作医疗制度可能遇到的问题,提出了解决的思路。Based on the retrospect of changes in China cooperation medical system, an analysis concentrates on the problems and experience of traditional rural cooperative medical system. Then the study aimsat the goal and direction of new - type rural cooperative medical system. Finally, some solutions to the problems are presented, which are likely to appear in the new- type cooperative medical insurance systemunder the present situation.
