摘  要:为研究猕猴桃压缩力学行为,对其进行了压缩试验,得到了力-变形曲线,分析了压缩过程中的变形行为。结果表明,不同的加载速率影响破裂载荷的大小和变形特征;随着加载速率的增加,破裂载荷有所增大;在力-变形曲线上有明显的锯齿流变现象,锯齿频率和应力变化幅度受应变率的影响。同时通过压缩试验对猕猴桃的蠕变行为进行了分析,给出了蠕变-时间曲线。该研究可为猕猴桃的运输、加工、贮藏等提供重要的力学参数。The paper aimed to study compression mechanical behaviors of kiwifruits. The force-deformation curves were obtained by compression tests of the kiwifruits, and the deformation behavior was analyzed. The results showed that different loading speeds had effects on rupture force and deformation property. With the increase of loading speed, the rupture force increased. Simultaneous serrations can be found on the force-deformation curves, and the changes of frequency and amplitude of serrated flow were dependent on the loading speed. Moreover, the Creep behavior of the kiwifruit was experimentally studied in details by compression, resulting in the creep-elapsed time curve, which provided mechanical parameters for transportation, procession and storage.
