摘  要:[目的]研究不同植物激素及浓度对羊草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[方法]用GA3、2,4-D、NAA和6-BA 4种植物激素对2种羊草种子进行种子萌发试验,对天然生长的羊草幼苗进行幼苗生长试验。[结果]植物激素GA3和6-BA对羊草种子发芽率的影响均表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的趋势,并且均能促进羊草幼苗的生长,总体效果为GA3>6-BA;而任意浓度的NAA和2,4-D对2种羊草种子的萌发和羊草幼苗的生长均表现不同程度的抑制作用。[结论]不同植物激素对羊草种子萌发和幼苗生长产生不同的影响。[Objeetive ] To study the influence of different phytohonnone and density over the germination and seedling growth of L. chinensis seeds. [ Method]Two L. chinensis seeds and one L. chinensis seedling were treated by four phytohormones of GA3 , 2,4-D, NAA and 6-BA. The germination of L. chinensis seeds and seedling growth were observed. [ Results ] The results showed that GA3 and 6-BA were both promote the germination and seedling growth of L. chinensis seeds in low concentration, but inhibited their germination and growth in high concentration. Moreover, the promoting effect of GA3 was better than 6-BA. However, NAA and 2, 4-D had inhibitory effects on the germination and seedling growth of L. chinensis seeds in arbitrary concentration. [ Conclusion] The effects of various phytohormones on the germination of L. chinensis seeds and some seedling growth of L. chinensis are different.
