摘  要:[目的]为今后中华微蛾的防治提供一定的理论依据。[方法]采用愈创木酚法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,测定中华微蛾为害杏树前后新梢、果实、叶片、枝条中的过氧化物酶活性,比较同工酶酶谱。[结果]为害前后,杏树过氧化物酶同工酶谱在酶带数、迁移率、酶量及酶活性等方面均存在相似性,但有一定的差异。[结论]为害前后,杏树过氧化物酶酶谱发生一定的变化,酶活性降低。[ Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the control of Sinopticula sinica Yang in the future. [ Method] Based upon guaiacol methodlogy and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, comparison analysis of the peroxidase (POD) activity and isozyme spectrum was performed in different tissues of apricot, such as fresh tips, fruits, leaves, wattles, before and after damaged by Sinopticula sinica Yang. [ Result] There were many similarities in the number of spectrum bands, mobility, the amount of enzyme used and enzyme activity, as well as somewhat differences with or without treatment. [ Conclusion] There was a change in isozyme spectrum of apricot before and after damaged by Sinopticula sinica Yang, and POD activity was reduced.
