摘　　要：综合运用博弈论和委托-代理模型建立确定农地出租租金的模型,对农村农地流转中合同订立时租金的确定问题作了较为深入的分析,并以安徽省来安县为例进行说明,以期达到保护双方利益、提高农地利用效率的目的。By using the game theory and principal-agent model, determining the model of agricultural land lease rent was developed. The determination of rent when conclude a contract in circulation of agricultural land in rural areas was further analyzed, and with Laian County in Anhui Province as example to explaiu in order to protect the interests of both sides and improve the efficiency of agricultural land use.
