摘  要:[目的]建立快速测定小麦中微量元素的火焰原子吸收分析法。[方法]以非完全消化法处理样品,采用原子吸收光谱法测定小麦中Fe、Zn、Ca、Cu、Mn 5种微量元素的含量。[结果]测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.8%,测定结果与湿法一致,相对误差小于2.0%。[结论]该方法耗时短,酸用量少,能够快速准确的测定小麦中的铁、锌、钙、铜、锰。[ Objective ] The aim was to estabish a FAAS method for rapid determination of trace elements in weath. [ Meethod ] The samples of weath were treated by noncomplete digestion method, 5 kinds of trace element including the contents of Fe,Zn, Ca,Cu,Mn in weath were determined by atmnic absorption. [ Result] RSD was less than 2.8%. The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by wet digestion method. The relative errors were less than 2, 0%. [ Conclusion] This method was short time-consuming with less acid. Trace element including the contents of Fe,Zn, Ca,Cu,Mn in weath could be fast and accurate determination.
