摘　　要：借用"悖论"一词,概述信息网络技术迅猛发展给图书馆事业带来的巨大冲击;提出建立文献信息中心需要预先测评所需的物理模型,探寻"悖论"问题的解决方案。To use the term ＂Paradox＂ to illustrate the tremendous impact from the fast development of information and internet technology to the Libraries,certain physics model was suggested for evaluation of the information center,and more discussion on the solution of the ＂paradox＂.
