摘 要:[目的]了解唐山市某厂苯作业工人血液系统危害现状。[方法]用生化分析仪为该厂苯作业工人进行血常规检测,通过血常规检测指标的变化,反映苯作业工人的血象健康状况;比较不同工种和工龄间各检测指标的均数以及异常率之间的差异。[结果]该厂苯作业工人血象中NEUT%、NEUT#、LYMPH%、EO%、HGB、WBC等指标异常率较高;男性苯作业工人HGB、EO%、EO#3项指标在油漆工中的异常率高于其他苯作业工人;女性苯作业工人WBC、HGB、EO%、EO#4项指标在油漆工中的异常率高于其他苯作业工人。男性苯作业工人高工龄组EO%、NEUT#、LYMPH%异常率高于低工龄组;女性苯作业工人高工龄组HGB、NEUT%、EO%、NEUT#、EO#、WBC6项指标异常率高于低工龄组。差异有统计学意义。[结论]该厂苯作业工人血象异常率明显高于正常人群,油漆工血象异常率明显高于其他苯作业工人,随着工龄的增加该厂苯作业工人血象异常率有升高趋势。[Objective] To investigate the current status of hemogram alteration among workers exposed to benzene.[Methods] Biochemical analysis for blood testing was used to reflect workers health exposed to benzene.The means and the abnormal rates of the blood indicator were compared between different types of worker and length of service.[Results] The blood indicators of factory workers exposed to benzene such as NEUT%,NEUT#,LYMPH%,EO%,HGB and WBC were higher than those among normal population;Among male workers exposed to benzene,the abnormal rates of blood indicators such as HGB,EO%,and EO# of the painters were higher than other workers exposed to benzene.Among female workers exposed to benzene,the abnormal rates of blood indicators such as WBC,HGB,EO%,and EO# of the painter were higher than other workers exposed to benzene.Among male workers exposed to benzene,the abnormal rates of blood indicators such as EO%,NEUT# and LYMPH% in high seniority group were higher than those in low seniority.Among female workers exposed to benzene,the abnormal rates of blood indicators such as NEUT%,NEUT#,LYMPH%,EO%,HGB,and WBC in high seniority group were higher than that in low seniority.[Conclusion] Among workers exposed to benzene,the abnormal rates of blood indicators were significantly higher than the normal population.The abnormal rates of blood indicators in painters were significantly higher than other workers.Along with the increase in service plant workers exposed to benzene blood abnormality rates were increasing.
