摘　　要：[目的]了解四川省7县(区)艾滋病抗病毒治疗相关卫生人员对HIV/AIDS病人的态度情况,为今后继续开展县乡艾滋病相关工作提供依据。[方法]对调查对象采用态度问卷调查与定性访谈调查相结合的方式进行调查。[结果]调查对象态度总体评分中以比较积极为主(占59.4%);调查对象的态度3成分中认知与情感均较为积极正向,而意向成分较前二者略显消极。[结论]艾滋病相关卫生工作人员对HIV/AIDS病人的态度总体情况良好,进一步的态度改善工作应重点关注中立人群的意向改善。[Objective] To understand the status of attitude about antiviral treatment of AIDS among the health workers in seven counties in Sichuan province,and to provide basis for further related prevention work.[Methods] The attitude questionnaire survey and qualitative chat survey were conducted among the health workers.[Results] The total attitude level of the health workers presented relatively positive（account for 59.4%）;The attitude of cognition and affection about HIV /AIDS patients presented positive and the attitude of intention among the health workers showed relatively negative.[Conclusion] The whole attitude of health workers to the HIV /AIDS patients is not bad,but we should pay attention to improve the attitude of intention among the neutral population in the further task.
