摘　　要：[目的]了解新疆艾滋病高发区护理人员艾滋病培训效果。[方法]以方便抽样的方法,对新疆5个艾滋病高发区的500名护理人员以匿名形式进行终末问卷调查;查看项目医院培训记录;对艾滋病知识、态度问题提问;观察、访谈护理人员艾滋病相关行为。[结果]培训后护理人员艾滋病综合知识、态度均有所提高(P﹤0.01),但知识掌握不全面,还有待进一步加强和巩固,对艾滋病的接纳率较高(>94%);院内全员培训已全部完成;在标准防护的落实、保洁员的监管力度等方面还有欠缺。[结论]艾滋病培训增强了护理人员的防护意识,促进了他们对艾滋病的接纳态度,但要真正做到既能避免职业暴露又能给予艾滋病感染者/患者更多的人性化关爱,还需要一个长期、持续的培训过程。[Objective] To know the training effect among nurses in areas of high prevalence area of AIDS in xinjiang.[Methods] 500 nurses from 5 high prevalence area of AIDS in xinjiang were investigated by convenient sampling methods,using an anonymous end questionnaires;to see projects hospital training record;to question the AIDS knowledge and attitude;to observe and interview nurses AIDS-related behavior.[Results] Nurses＇AIDS knowledge and attitude were improved（P﹤0.01）,but without a comprehensive knowledge,need to be further strengthened and consolidated,have a higher acceptance rate on AIDS（more than 93%）;all hospital Trainings had been completed;there are lack of respects in the implementation of the standard protection and supervision of cleaning staff.[Conclusion] AIDS training enhance the awareness of the protection of nurses and promote their acceptance towards AIDS,but it is necessary to carry on a long-term and sustainable training process for nurses in order to really avoid occupational exposure as well as more humane care towards HIV/AIDS.
