ANALYSIS OF PESTICIDE RESIDUE IN VEGETABLE AND FRUITS IN TONGZHOU DISTRICT OF BEIJING FROM 2007 TO 2008

摘  要:[目的]了解通州区部分蔬菜、水果中农药残留状况。[方法]采用毛细管气相色谱法和固相萃取技术测定蔬菜、水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯农药残留。[结果]2007~2008年检测70件蔬菜和水果样品,有机氯中的三氯杀螨醇均未检出。有机磷检出率为12.9%,检出有机磷6种,分别是水胺硫磷、对硫磷、三唑磷、磷胺、丙溴磷、马拉硫磷;超标样品2件,超标率为2.9%,其中菠菜中对硫磷检测结果最高值超出国家标准限值130倍。拟除虫菊酯类农药总检出率55.7%,其中60件蔬菜检出37件,10件水果检出氰戊菊酯农药2件;检测的70件蔬菜和水果中超标样品有7件,超标率为10%。[结论]我区蔬菜、水果中农药残留依然严重,而农药的高检出率是本区农药中毒发生率高的主要原因,需要加大监督管理力度,保证百姓身体健康,且农药残留在人体内慢性蓄积所引起的远期危害不容忽视。[Objective] To know the situation of pesticides residue in vegetables and fruits in Tongzhou District of Beijing.[Methods] Organophosphorus,organochlorine and pyrthroid pesticides residue in vegetables and fruits were determined by the methods of solid phase extraction and capillary gas chromatography.[Results] 70 vegetables and fruits were tested in the year of 2007 and 2008.Dicofol was undetected and the positive rate of organophosphorus pesticides residue was 12.9% including isocarbophos,parathion,triazophos,phosphamidon and profenofos.2.9% of them exceeded the allowable limit and the highest value of parathion in spinach was 130 times higher than the allowable limit.Pyrthroid pesticide detected rate were 55.7% and 10% of them exceeded the limit in 70 vegetables and fruits.37 samples from 60 vegetables contained pyrthroid pesticide and 2 sanmarton were detected from 10 fruits samples.[Conclusion] It suggests that our district is still suffering a high pesticides residue in vegetables and fruits.The high level of detected rate is the main cause of pestides poisoning in Tongzhou District.A powerful supervision should be taken to guarantee the health of the residents.And we should not neglect that the pesticides residue acumulation do great harms to human bodies in long term.
