摘　　要：[目的]了解四川省死因监测点居民损伤和中毒死亡原因,寻找合适健康干预和健康促进,增加居民平均期望寿命。[方法]收集2007年四川省死因监测点损伤和中毒死因监测资料,分析监测居民伤害和中毒系统主要死亡原因及其死亡水平。[结果]损伤和中毒位于全死因顺位第4位,粗死亡率42.24/10万,标化死亡率36.71/10万;损伤和中毒人均潜在寿命损伤年数为24.4年,排位第1;在损伤和中毒系统内排名前5位的分别是机动车辆交通事故、机动车外运输事故、自杀、其他意外事故和有害效应、淹死;男性伤害死亡水平明显高于女性(χ2=551.03,P﹤0.01),农村死亡率明显高于城市的死亡率(χ2=332.01,P﹤0.01),不同年龄段各类伤害的死亡水平和死亡顺位均有差异。[结论]伴随城市现代化进程的加快,机动车辆剧增,工作压力加大,社会竞争激烈,人为灾难多发,致使我省居民损伤和中毒死亡率一致处于较高水平,构成了对我省居民生命严重威胁,给社会和家庭带来严重后果。要大力开展健康教育活动,通过有针对性的干预并得到有效防治,减少损伤和中毒的危险因素,降低我省居民损伤和中毒死亡率。[Objective] To learn about the injury death causes of citizens in death surveillance points in Sichuan,so as to seek appropriate way of diseases prevention and health improvement,and to improve the average expected life of citizens in Sichuan province.[Methods] The data of death surveillance were collected to analyze the mortality rate and injury death causes of citizens in DSP of Sichuan.[Results] Injury and poisoning was the forth death causes and of which the mortality rate was 42.24 per one hundred thousand.The standardized mortality rate was 36.71 per 100 000 population.The injury years of potential loss life was 24.42,which was the first of all causes of that.The top five death causes of injury were traffic accident,other transport accident,suicide,other unexpected accident and harmful effect as well as drowning.The injury mortality rate of male and rural area was higher than that of female and urban area.The injury mortality rate and death order were different among different age groups.[Conclusion] Injury was the first death cause of population among 1 to 34 years old,and its years of potential loss life was the first,and the main death causes resulting in early death.Relevant actions should be adopted to prevent injury causing death and improve the average expected life.
