广西边境学龄前儿童脊髓灰质炎免疫水平分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解广西边境地区7岁以下儿童对脊髓灰质炎的免疫水平。[方法]采取多阶段随机抽样方法从广西8个边境县区常住人口中抽取7岁以下儿童221名,采集血清标本,检测脊髓灰质炎中和抗体。[结果]Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊髓灰质炎中和抗体阳性率分别是97.28%、99.09%和97.74%;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型脊髓灰质炎中和抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为1︰103.09、1︰103.73、1︰27.96。[结论]广西边境县区7岁以下儿童脊髓灰质炎免疫水平良好,对脊髓灰质炎形成了巩固的免疫屏障。[Objective] To understand the immune level of poliomyelitis in children under 7 years old on the frontier districts of Guangxi.[Methods] The surveillance of poliomyelitis neutralizing antibody was conducted from a stratified random sample of 221 children under 7 years old from Guangxi frontier districts.[Results] The positive rate and geometric mean titer（GMT） of poliomyelitis neutralizing antibody type Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 97.28%,99.09% and 97.74% and 1︰103.09,1︰ 103.73 and 1︰27.96,respectively.[Conclusion] A higher level of immunity against poliovirus in children under 7 years old has been established on frontier districts of Guangxi Region.
