摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗方法。方法对在我科手术治疗并定期随访的68例胫骨平台骨折患者进行回顾分析,总结临床疗效。结果本组患者随访时间平均18个月,综合疗效优37例,良21例,可6例,差4例,优良率85.3%。结论解剖复位关节面、充分填充植骨、支撑钢板坚强固定胫骨平台骨折,术后关节功能恢复好,并发症少,是有效的治疗方法。Objective To discuss surgical treatment methods for tibial plateau fracture. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 68 cases who had surgery in the treatment and were regularly followed up, and summarized the clinical efficacy. Results This group of patients had an average of 18 months follow-up period, and the composite excellent result in 37 cases, good in 21 cases, yes in 6 cases and poor in 4 cases, the whole good rate is 85.3%. Conclusion Anatomic reduction of articular surface, fully filling bone graft and buttress plate fixation of tibial plateau fractures firm can lead to good postoperative recovery of joint function and less complications. It is an effective treatment.
