摘  要:报道用山梨醇脱氢酶法测定红细胞山梨醇水平的具体方法。山梨醇标准品浓度的变化与荧光强度的变化呈线性正相关(r=0.999,P<0.0005)。对23名健康成年人、18名Ⅰ型糖尿病患者(IDDM)和48名Ⅱ型糖尿病患者(NIDDM)测定,IDDM和NIDDM的红细胞山梨醇水平显著地高于健康人且与同时测定的FPG、24小时尿糖及HbA_(1c)之间存在显著正相关(P<0.01),IDDM的均数显著高于NIDDM(P<0.05)。提示红细胞山梨醇水平可作为糖尿病糖代谢控制的一个指际。The method of the measurement for erythrocyte sorbitol level with sorbitol dehydrogenase is reported. Results show that sorbitol standards, ranging from 0.156μg/ml to 5 μg/ml, analyzed by this technique revealed a linear increase in fluorescence ( r = 0.999, P<0.0005 ) . The RBC sorbitol levels of 23 healthy adults, 18 patients with IDDM and 48 patients with NIDDM were measured by this method with the results of 48.32±13.67 nmol/gHb, 83.92±35.36 nmol/gHb and 62.31±22.51 nmol/gHb respectively. The erythrocyte sorbitol levels of both IDDM and NIDDM patients were significantly higher than those of the controls ( P<0.01 ) and positively correlated with the coincident plasma glucose concentration, 24-hour urinary glucose excretion and HbAlc; moreover the mean valve RBC sorbitol levels of IDDM was significantly higher than that of NIDDM (P<0.05). It suggests that erythrocyte sorbitol level could be used as an indicator of diabetic control.
